About Soltis Senior Care Connections

Deb Soltis, founder of Soltis Senior Care Connections, had spent nearly a decade working with seniors and their families in a variety of capacities in both retirement communities and home health care. It became apparent that seniors and their families needed objective individualized support which offered them referrals and options based on their personal wants and needs. She had frequently witnessed the stress and concern caregivers had for their loved ones, especially those living at a distance. She also realized the need for those who have no family to have an advocate who could assist them with the challenges of aging.

In 2005, Deb began providing geriatric care management services to older adults and their families in Centre County. In 2007 she expanded her offerings by forming a partnership which has allowed Soltis Senior Care Connections LLC to expand our service area from Centre into Blair, Clearfield, Clinton, Mifflin, Juniata and Lycoming counties. Deb Soltis and her professional associates have a passion for the elderly and share a commitment to see each of our clients living their ultimate life capacity. They take pride in being Central Pennsylvania’s complete care coordinators.
